"If I could award Dr. Sinchai and his entire staff 10 stars I would! From the very start, his waiting room is bright, cheery, comfortable and well-appointed. The staff is super professional, yet, friendly. If, like me, you require multiple visits, you'll begin to feel like 'family.' I was in for a cataract exam. I knew I had them in both eyes and subsequently scheduled surgery. The pre-surgery instructions were thorough and required 3 different sets of eye drops taken in different dosages throughout the day. The instruction sheets were perfectly laid out with highlighted dates and times -- and very easy to follow. The staff even made sure the prescribed drops were delivered to my house.The surgery was staggered. One eye followed by post-op check-up and then the second eye was scheduled. Perhaps not everyone gets the same results... but, my eyes both ended up 'perfect' (20-20) the day after the 20-minute procedure. Totally amazing! The entire patient experience with Dr. Sinchai and staff was way beyond the normal "good practices" I've received from others in the medical community. If you need to see a "professional" ophthalmologist for your eyes I highly recommend Dr. Sinchai -- as well as his entire staff. Absolute BEST!"

“I had a retinal detachment at around 18-19 years old. I was referred to Dr. Sinchai, who then referred me to a retina specialist in Dr. Rathod. They all told me the same thing: that it would be unlikely that I would regain much vision in my retina due to it being almost fully detached. Through multiple procedures by Dr. Sinchai and Dr. Rathod, I am now seeing almost perfectly through the eye; on good days I can see farther away through it than my 'good' eye.”

Had 3rd doc, Doc You, and he didn't note the increase so I got suspicious. Found Doc S and he confirmed eye pressure was NOT going up. So this was Doc#2 trying to perform an unnecessary procedure to get dollars. I'm big on ethics and Doc 2 really ticked me off with that. Like the new office on Chapman. Old office on Grand had no parking and a microscopic waiting room. This place has lots of parking and a really comfortable waiting room. Great doc in a great office."
